Well, we are making a little bit of progress. I received the updated homestudy this morning! I immediately went on-line and scheduled an appointment with the USCIS officer for tomorrow morning. So, all of this should be behind us soon. I can't believe how many fellow adoptive couples are experiencing opposition and extreme frustration right now. It seems like all of us are hitting roadblocks. Isn't that just the way it goes? It must be the "storm" before the "calm". Wow, maybe we really are getting close! By the way, no rumors yet. At least not many. Maybe we'll hear something later in the week.
