We had our Joy School Christmas Party last night. We invited a few other families from the neighborhood. We gathered at the church and had the kids color some Christmas pictures. Then we traveled to a nearby rest home. We spent about 45 minutes visiting some of the residents, singing songs, and sharing our pictures. It was wonderful! The kids had a great time. Lucie told me that she wanted to work there when she grew up! We all met back at the church to sing some Christmas songs, watch our Christmas video, and eat treats. We even had a surprise visit from Santa. In years past, we have done a little play about Christ's birth. This year (due to a shortage of actors) we opted for a puppet show. This is raw footage. I didn't have time to edit. It's kind of long. But super cute!
