Phew

We just returned home from an awesome trip to Colorado.  We took our family and seven of the Man's good friends to Denver for a week. We decided to rent a fifteen passenger van for the trip and boy was that a good idea!  It was so fun to have everyone together in one vehicle.  Grandma and Grandpa drove out from Mississippi-which was a stroke of genius on their part.  It was so wonderful to be with them. The teens attended EFY during the day (from 9am to 9 pm) and the rest of us lounged about the pool.  They would return home each night hungry and ready for fun.  A great time was had by all!

Here are some highlights:

*Grandma's pizza rolls
*early morning swims
*"Hi, my name is George Washington!"
*Grandma's famous ice cream dessert (Eric- we left some for you in the freezer--enjoy!)
*watching movies in the theater
*Lucie's awesome dives, twirls, and belly flops
*playing games
*bunny adventures and bunny traps
*dodge ball
*watching the boys dance the choreography to "Enchanted"
*early morning temple trip
*sparklers
*watching the late showing of HP7-part two
*boys sleeping on the gym floor
*girls sleeping in the guest room
*midnight swims
*thunderstorms and lots of lightning every night
*Josh-or was it Jordan?
*staying up all night
*drowsy sleepy kids for the entire ride home

And some lowlights:
*Cousin Lexy's knee surgery-boo  (but people kept bringing her awesome treats!)
*internet trouble
*Dad having to work everyday--but it's not too bad when you can work poolside :)
*breaking a molar clean in half
*sunburns
*broken, ripped, and torn EFY bags
