For the past several years we have spent the Fourth in Montana on our favorite lake. Due to employment changes we were not able to go this year. So we spent a quiet holiday at home. We resurrected an old tradition of going to the Balloon Festival. The boys used to always go when The Man was little. We woke up way too early and made our way to the field where they launch the balloons. They were so beautiful and we had a great time! We had some friends over for a BBQ later that afternoon and then watched our local fireworks display. It was a great relaxing day! We are so grateful to live in this wonderful country and for the men and women who fight to maintain our freedoms.
