We had a wonderful time celebrating Lucie's first birthday with friends and family. The first celebration was on the 2nd. Lucie had her first taste of birthday cake and LOVED every morsel. On her actual birthday we went to our favorite Chinese restaurant as a family. This was our first time back since we've been home from China. It was interesting to see how she reacted to the sounds and tastes of China. We celebrated one last time with Grandma and Grandpa last night. We went swimming at their swimming pool and had more dinner and more cake. It was great fun! She is definitely loved around here! Thanks everyone for the thoughtful gifts and for celebrating Lucie's birth with us!

It's so good to hear from you! It's busy busy busy around here. Hence the noticeable absence on-line. I'm glad that your little one is doing so well. Give her a big hug from all of us! I can't believe how fast time is flying by. Keep in touch!
