a look back

Well, S and I celebrated our fourteenth wedding anniversary over this past weekend. Man, it's amazing how fast time flies! I just couldn't be happier. I love my husband and I love my kids and things around here are pretty gosh darn great! We went away for the weekend and left the kids with grandma and grandpa. We had a terrific time. We spent Saturday afternoon at my niece's collegiate basketball game. It was VERY exciting! Then we went to dinner and strolled around downtown. Yesterday we slept in late, went for a delicious breakfast and then went for a beautiful drive through the mountains. It was a bit rainy, but gorgeous nonetheless. Now, it's back to the grindstone-school for the kids, work for S, and mom-stuff for me. Perfect.
