Happy Thanksgiving! What a great weekend! There sure is much to be thankful for. We are especially thankful for our family, a good job, our home, and our health. We are looking forward everyday to our new little sis. It won't be much longer now!
It was so fun to enjoy the company of friends and family this weekend. My brother and his family came in from Montana and we had a wonderful time. B-man got to play in his first neighborhood turkey bowl (now that he has come of age). He had a great time and he even scored a touchdown! It was a highlight! S-lady ate up all of the attention lavished upon her by her older cousins. She did crafts, made treats, shopped and had her hair done. She even starred in a photo shoot. Couldn't ask for more than that! Everyone left this morning to make it home in time for work and school. We just heard word that they made it home safe and sound. They pulled in to six inches of snow in the driveway and it sounds like it just keeps coming down. Luckily the roads were clear most of the way. They just barely beat the bulk of the storm. It should be headed our way tomorrow. I've loved the warm weather we have been having, but there's nothing like snow for the holidays! Bring it on!
