Anyway, here are the kids on their first day of school. The Man is apparently too old and too cool for first day of school pictures. So, you will have to use your imagination. But the girls were willing to let their Mom snap a few pics.

Lucie. KINDERGARTEN!
That smile just about says it all. I have never met a kid so happy and excited to go to Kindergarten. She had to wait a week longer than the other kids. It just about did her in.
This is her favorite new school outfit.
Walking to school for the first time. We were unable to find a suitable backpack. The Lady graciously gave Lucie her old one. That backpack accompanied The Lady to school everyday from Kindergarten to Sixth Grade! Do you think it's good for another seven years?

I'm happy to report that we've been going to school for almost a month now, and she is still that smiley every afternoon as she heads out the door. She love love LOVES it!
