Santa Remorse

This morning Lucie sat on Santa's knee and told him that she wanted a ...(wait for it)...new shirt for Christmas.  I was a little bit confused by this.  She has been telling me for weeks that she wants a new refrigerator for her toy kitchen set.  But, OK...whatever.  About fifteen minutes later she was sitting on my lap and started to whimper.  I asked her what was wrong.  "I don't want a new shirt!"  She had come to the realization that she had just wasted her Christmas wish on a stupid shirt.

Lucky for her, she is in pretty tight with Santa.  I assured her that she could let him know that she had changed her mind.
