She did it! Last Friday night Lucie took her first steps! The miracle of the moment was that both Mom and Dad were there to witness it. So fun! She's wobbly and inconsistent, but she gets a little better everyday. I think her current record is seven steps before falling. Not bad. Pictures will be forthcoming.

She is also becoming quite proficient at climbing the stairs. I just wish she wouldn't stop so much. She likes to sit down and look around and give her Mom a heart attack as she almost falls down. I guess she still needs a little more practice.
