I was finally able to locate the meaning of Lucie's name. I matched the actual characters (above) and came up with the following:
Bai-this name would be the typical Surname. She was given this name in conjunction with the orphanage that she is in (Dianbai). It can also mean white,clear, and pure
Yu-means jade or precious gem
Ying-means lustrous or bright; radiant, having a glow; shining or brilliant
So, I would say we are right on with Lucie (if you remember, Lucie means "light")
